Regular dancing can bring you so many benefits:

We know that dance has a significant part to play in improving the health and wellbeing of the population, combining physical capabilities and artistic interpretation. However our recent -and possibly prolonged- lifestyle changes increase the risk of sedentary behaviors, including spending excessive amounts of time sitting or lying down for screening activities (watching television/using mobile devices), reducing physical activity levels.
As general guidance, the World Health Organisation encourages communities to integrate exercise in their daily lives and stay physically active.
You can dance by yourself or you can come with your partner. During these times our dance studio offers a variety of possibilities:
- private lessons with a professional
- couples dance lessons
- kids dance lessons
We follow all the CDC guidelines and we have installed special AirFilters with UVC lights that eliminate 99,9% of all the particles.
